Booyah. I love Lucifer...look at his costume! Isn't it *sexy*? XD~~* I cut my hair just after I'd started this costume, so that's why I look like a Belial who's gotten into Lucifer's pants. Literally.

First job - pants. No drama here, but vinyl is a fucking pain to put a zip into. Next job was the gauntlet - it did not turn out well, in the end.

Coat wasn't much hassle, just a matter of altering a coat pattern and removing the bust shaping. And my god...topstitching this was an absolute nightmare. It's a foot taller than I am and I was using paper to mask the vinyl so I could sew it and ARGH!!! Getting a straight line of stitching was more trouble than it was worth.

I made a top to be worn underneath to get rid of boobage, which was basically just a strip of fabric with eyelets to be laced up at the back. It worked okay... Collar was a cinch, the metal was cut for me by Pix and threaded through the vinyl. However, I almost strangled myself trying to take it OFF.

The mask-base on my chest is a chunk of polystyrene inside a vinyl case with the embellishments added onto it, and was a complete bastard. I'm still not happy with how it turned out, but I had no joy at all in finding a black plastic something that I could use. Grr.

Boots I already owned, and wig was purchased from InternationalWig.com and makes me very happy. XD~ But, I forgot the damn tattoo...-__-;;;
