Yay! This is the cutest costume I've made yet, and I think also probably the easiest. Three cheers for Nikki for choosing it~

Woot. Much of this costume was made with only mildly altered patterns, so didn't present much of a problem in that respect. The dress and shawl were in that category, with the dress only needing the black panels added and the mantle being the shoulders of a jacket with neccessary adjustments made. *cough* The dress I was a tad over-zealous in shortening...yeah...shit.

The hat, hood and gloves were simple and didn't require a pattern. The stockings were a mild pain in the ass...we tried to find some, but to no avail - so, we went hunting for some pale pink lycra. Which we also couldn't find, so I ended up experimenting with dye. THE BOW SUCKS, I KNOW.

Boots were no worries - bought and had fur added no problem. But ARGH!!! I started to make a pair of panties with suspender straps attached for her, but I left it too late, so asked my mum to finish it. Did she? No. So Nik was suspender-less (but not panties-less..), and Sylvie was very annoyed when she got back from Germany. Grr.
